This document was originally written for a friend teaching in Indigenous eductation at the Australian Catholic University in Sydney. It aims to discuss, in accessible language, ICT, social media etc, and give easy instructions to start a blog & twitter account. Its not finished, but rather a work in progress. The document is too big to email to anyone and SlideShare.net allow word docx to be uploaded. So here it is.
